The Galena City District Vocational Department / Construction Trades strives to provide students with practical training and career exploration opportunities.  Training is offered in fields including small engine mechanics, carpentry/construction, welding, aluminum welding, wooden boat building, drafting, electronics and residential wiring. The courses are designed to meet the needs of the individual student with skill levels from basic to advanced.  Students interested in obtaining specific career training or those simply interested in exploring various careers are encouraged to enroll.
